Just a quick message to say hello. I'm heavilly into motorcycle road racing, however i am looking for a way to improve fitness and alot of racers i speak to are big into mountain bikes etc. So before i go spend a fortune on gear i just want to know whether people involved in it already think it will be a productive enjoyable way to improve fitness.
